I couldn't understand how they could function and do every day normal things without knowing this. I also realised that for 25 years of my life I hadn't know it ither. I remembered that I had felt that something was missing inside me, that work, money, family and friends couldn't fill.... that empty space..that feeling of ....I didn't even have the words? When I became a Christian that feeling of waiting and yearning for something that I couldn't explain........left me....I hadn't expected it to, I didn't realise the two were connected. But that desperate feeling went. So this is the painting I did of all those people including myself who didn't know about a God that loved them, and who were and maybe still are wondering around with that unexplained emptiness inside. As I was reading this scripture, the Holy Spirit showed me that the Beautiful Gate could represent the Gate to Life. And that many people wether beleiver or not sit at the entrance to that gate. Longing to join in.... but fear or rejection, pain or dissapointment can hinder even the strongest and just make it to hard.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThen two men, disciples of Jesus come by, and the man asks them for money.
